I’m a really big fan of this new trend which is going around in London.
It’s the trend of healthy lifestyle, in particular healthy foods and juices. Juice bars are currently opening faster than you can count and you are bound to discover new amazing healthy places wherever you set your foot.
The biggest accumulation of juice bars is however in Soho! It has come so far that the simple juice bars started to turn into chain businesses with JuiceTonic, Joe & The Juice, Mojo Juice and Bar Cafe, PRESS, Crussh Juice Bars being all cluttered around within 5 minutes walking distance from each other.
Well, at this point I have a small confession to make… I’m hooked on this trend. I’m absolutely obsessed with this new healthy lifestyle. It all started with me wanting to try out something new and before I knew it, it turned into a persistent habit of mine.
I’m drinking juices at least 3 times a week and I do so because it makes me feel energised, it’s good for my health and… oh my, it tastes great!
I decided to share the experiences of my healthy routine and take you on my habitual trip to the juice bar which is closest to my office – Juice Tonic.
I love the vibe of this place. Everything around it makes you feel like you’re doing the right thing for you body.
There are so many flavours to discover! I decided to go for a juice called Body Fuel with beetroot, carrot, orange and acerola cherry – all super healthy ingredients and best of all, incredibly tasty!
While I’m waiting for my juice to be made, I’m reading a magazine about nutrition and feeling really good about myself. There is really not much else you can do for your own body (apart from physical exercise… but that’s another topic).
Fueled up with energy, I’m off to a business meeting! This day can only be a success!
