Dubai’s International Property Show expands to regional market in Egypt and Saudi Arabia
Dubai, UAE: Middle East’s biggest property platform, International Property Show, broadens its network of international investors and exhibitors as it holds its first staging outside the United Arab Emirates.
IPS is an annual property event held in Dubai under the patronage of the Dubai Land Department. The event gathers top Dubai real estate developers such as Emaar, MAG Lifestyle Development, Danube Properties, Dubai Properties, DMCI Homes, ERA, Emirates Auction, Century 21 and other major real estate players. Dubai property investment landscape has always been IPS’s main attraction to international investors mostly from UK, Italy, Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sudan, Lebanon, and Oman. With IPS expanding its reach to highlight major property developments outside the UAE, it adds to its integrity as the largest and the most preferred property platform in the region.
IPS 2018 attracted over 20,000 participants from 143 countries. Its signature feature and main highlight, the Mega Property Show, is the only event of its kind where exclusive deals and discounts are given by property developers, banks and financial institutions, brokers, architects and interior designers, etc. to investors seeking to find their dream house or commercial property.
IPS Country Pavilion, another event feature, provides the platform for international property developers to reach thousands of genuine global investors. Countries who have showcased their properties at IPS include India, Turkey, Pakistan, and Egypt. A pavilion for Europe represented flourishing property projects mostly for British expats based in UAE.
New and high expectations for IPS over the years had pushed the organizers to include other relevant features for visitors and exhibitors to maximize their participation. Aside from Country Pavilions and Mega Property Show, IPS provides maximum networking and collaborative partnership opportunities through B2C Meetings and Business Matchmaking. Luminaries from the global property sector are also invited to share their thoughts and expertise on trends and market outlook, policies and regulations, and other relevant topics at IPS Conference and Interactive Workshop.
In 2019, IPS takes on the global challenge to cater to real estate market demands in Egypt and in Saudi Arabia. With an aim to match, if not surpass, its excellent performance in UAE, IPS will soon display its winning formula in showcasing properties and the speedy facilitation of sale and purchase of properties at IPS Egypt on January 10-13, 2019 at Egypt International Exhibition Center, and at IPS Jeddah on January 17-20, 2019 at Jeddah Center for Forum and Events. IPS Dubai component has been launched as Dubai Property Festival to distinguish itself from international property platforms under the umbrella of IPS. DPF will be held on March 26-28, 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Egypt and Saudi Arabia each has a distinct property market with different challenges. IPS takes the lead in crossing border for sustainable property investments. Supported by the ministries from both countries, IPS is poised to leave its excellent mark of innovation in property investment and seek wider and bigger global property market in the years to come.
“The International Property Show is the most comprehensive real estate sales platform in the region and is an exemplar ally of the Dubai Land Department in promoting its vision to position Dubai as the world’s perfect hub for real estate undertakings. Having established its prestige over the years, IPS continues to enjoy the support of the DLD as its partner in ensuring Dubai remains a destination for trust, innovation, and happiness within the real estate industry.”
